Richard and Judy have been married 30 years. They have served in full time ministry for the past 24 years. Ordained Priest at St. John’s Cathedral Parramatta, Richard has worked in a Church at Engadine, and overseas at St. John’s Shaughnessy Vancouver, Canada. The following 12 years Richard was senior minister at St. David’s Forestville. (which some may know as the Drive-Thru Church)

    Richard joined the team at North Sydney in June 2009. His specific role is to be the Wedding Minister. This means he is able to dedicate more than usual time to couples preparing for marriage. This extra time and care is what will help make your wedding at St Thomas’ a “Great” Church Wedding!

    Richard was born and raised in Balgowlah Heights, Sydney, went to Newington College Stanmore, was a Chiropractor for 4 years before studying 4 more years at Moore Theological College.

     He has worked a number of years as a Police Chaplain, enjoys his Macintosh, iphone, ipad and everything Apple, loves days off with Judy at Manly, kayaking on the harbour and spending time with his children and close friends.
